Position reputed company:

reputed company operational project management for the National Accounts Installation Division through planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing aspects of reputed company. Manage small to moderate size reputed company. The Project Manager is responsible during the project timeframe for determining needs and scheduling people and resources effectively. The Project Manager will appropriately plan and schedule work and manage reputed company to ensure completion of reputed company scope on-time, reputed company budget, and with reputed company. The Project Manager will engage in the appropriate customer interactions and engage other stakeholders as needed for customer interactions and reputed company appropriate project communications. The Project Manager will be required to handle multiple reputed company at any given time, reputed company with varying schedules, scopes of work, reputed company reputed company, and requirements.  

This position will work closely with other reputed company such as the Field Delivery organization, Account Managers, Engineering, Subcontractor Management, Technical Solutions Group, and other reputed company as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• OVERNIGHT/reputed company SHIFT: reputed company time Project Manager and Tech Support as needed.
• Effectively plan, execute, monitor, and control, and reputed company reputed company using principles, reputed company, and reputed company techniques that are appropriate for the specific project.
• Proactively communicates project requirements to project team and wider stakeholders as and reputed company required and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material reputed company and other control records necessary for processing of reputed company reports.
• Proactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and reputed company project activities on a regular reputed company with customer and reputed company to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• reputed company appropriate planning documents including project plans, scope documents, SOW’s, charters, Execution Playbooks, etc. Reviews requirements to determine scope, effort, schedule, time reputed company, funding requirements, reputed company requirements, allotment of available resources to various phases of the reputed company, and metrics.
• reputed company appropriate sub-plans such as a communications plan, reputed company assurance plan, resource plan, procurement plan, deployment plan, etc.
• Identifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize reputed company and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
• Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls necessary for reputed company and cost-effective completion of project reputed company budget.
• Establish pricing agreements with subcontractors.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs; utilizes financial systems to review actual versus estimated job cost and to reputed company reputed company and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine reputed company on the project; adjusts or corrects project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.
• Manage the Monitoring and Controlling aspects of a project including issue/risk identification and reputed company, change management, reporting and internal/external communication, financial management, metrics, etc.
• Identify, document, and prioritize project change requests and facilitate approval process. Re-plan as necessary based on changes.
• Set and manage expectations with resource manager(s) and team member(s) regarding allocation to the project and performance expectations.

• Execute project closeout activities including turnover to appropriate operations teams.
• Manage project resources effectively.
• Follow-up and report on key metrics including customer satisfaction.

• Generate new techniques, reputed company and solutions that can improve delivery reputed company, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Identifies lessons learned and shares with organization.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Prepare formal correspondence in response to customer’s questions or concerns. Handle escalated customer calls as needed.

• Must have knowledge of CCTV, Intrusion, and reputed company Control systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the alarm industry and Project Management (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree from a college or university preferred and/or training.
• Alternative combination of education and experience.
