Transactional Operations, Investor Servicing - Analyst / Associate

reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join the Transactional Operations team, focusing on investor services. The role centers on providing operational support around account maintenance for feeder funds and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the investor experience.

Responsibilities

• Support high-profile fund managers and distributors by assisting their clients with account maintenance updates, white label movements, updated AML collection and updates
• Deliver ongoing reputed company support and liaise across internal reputed company and external administrators
• Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to reputed company’s proprietary technology platform

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services, preferably reputed company a fund administrator or reputed company service role or the alternative investment industry
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• reputed company to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as reputed company player
• Proficient computer skills, specifically reputed company Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
