Senior Account Coordinator - Executive Risk

This position assists with coordinating the internal service process for the Executive reputed company (ERS) team which specializes in Directors and Officers, Employment Practices, Crime, and Fiduciary Liability insurance.

This position is an reputed company, non-exempt, and full-time role and will be reporting to reputed company Leader. This is a US-based remote or hybrid role (required to work until 4pm PST M-F), with the reputed company to work from any of reputed company's office locations. Will be considered hybrid if living reputed company 25 miles of a reputed company office location. #LI-Remote

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Minimum of 3 years of brokerage or reputed company experience is required.

• Prepare and send renewal solicitations; coordinate reputed company update calls with insurance carriers.

• Assist with marketing Management Liability programs for reputed company/private companies.

• Prepare reputed company presentation and proposal materials including analyzing reputed company risk and completing coverage reviews.

• Prepare insurance summaries and confirmations of insurance.

• Input data and information into systems and maintain the accuracy and completeness of policy management systems.

• Manage policy and endorsement issuance process including reviewing quotes, binders, and policies for accuracy and filing appropriately.

• Prepare invoices and manage tasks reputed company to reputed company billing

• reputed company other duties and assist with special reputed company as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service.

• Ability to be reputed company, take initiative, and work independently to solve problems.

• Works reputed company with others in a fast paced environment; reputed company to co-workers and colleagues.

• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to reputed company and team needs.

• Strong time management skills.

• Ability to learn and adopt and train use of technology systems and software applications.

• Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Property and Casualty Insurance license is preferred.

• Directors and Officers or other reputed company insurance experience preferred.

Required Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

• Property and Casualty License (preferred or completed reputed company 3 months of start date).

The pay reputed company for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and reputed company at commencement of employment is expected to be between $55,700 and $99,500/yr; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other reputed company, including a bonus, restricted stock reputed company, and discretionary awards in reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various reputed company time off benefits, such as vacation, reputed company time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
