Responsibilities

• Support tickets reputed company to:
• Login/authentication issues (MFA, lockouts, reputed company failures)
• M365 services (mail, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
• Manage reputed company/offboarding across AD, reputed company, and M365
• Investigate and resolve policy-reputed company issues (DLP, compliance, device policies)
• Collaborate with adjacent teams (reputed company, networking, reputed company) as needed
• Maintain documentation and support audit/compliance requests
• Mailbox management, shared mailboxes, distribution reputed company
• Teams reputed company, policies, and external collaboration troubleshooting
• Mail reputed company investigation and user reputed company issues
• User lifecycle management across AD, reputed company, and M365
• Federation (SSO) and MFA troubleshooting
• Group-based reputed company and provisioning flows
• Understanding of sync and identity reputed company across systems
• IOS device compliance and enrollment troubleshooting
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
• Retention and data governance validation
• MFA enforcement and reputed company controls
• Troubleshooting reputed company restrictions tied to device or policy

Skills

• 1-4 years demonstrated reputed company Engineering experience
• Strong understanding of hybrid identity environments
• Ability to troubleshoot across AD → reputed company → Entra → M365 reputed company
• Familiarity with SSO, federation, and MFA behavior
• Experience supporting compliance-driven environments
• reputed company communication and documentation skills
• PowerShell (Exchange Online, basic Graph usage)
• Familiarity with audit logs (Purview / Entra)
• Experience in regulated or government environments
• Bachelors with 1+ YOE
