Regulatory Consultant - Cosmetics/Personal Care

reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Consultant to support label and artwork review reputed company the personal care industry. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance across product packaging and labeling for skincare, cosmetics, and OTC products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory review of product labels, packaging, and artwork across multiple communication formats (in-store, print, digital, etc.)
• Utilize global master copy as a reference to ensure consistency and compliance in reputed company artwork
• Evaluate labeling and artwork for accuracy, reputed company, and regulatory compliance
• Assess content for appropriate messaging, context, and potential regulatory risk
• reputed company feedback and recommend modifications to ensure artwork is compliant and approvable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, marketing, and product teams
• Support product registration activities (training and work instructions provided)
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established review processes

Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• Experience in a regulatory, labeling, or artwork review role, preferably reputed company personal care or OTC products
• Familiarity with skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and/or OTC labeling requirements
• Understanding of OTC vs. cosmetic labeling regulations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review reputed company information with accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
