(Contract / On-Demand)

reputed company is seeking an reputed company reputed company CVAD / NetScaler Subject Matter Expert to assist our engineering team. The ideal candidate has deep, reputed company-world experience designing, deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting reputed company CVAD environments and NetScaler (reputed company ADC) in production environments. 

This is not a full-time help desk or daily support role. Instead, this position is for a senior reputed company expert who can assist our engineers with architecture, troubleshooting reputed company issues, best practices, and documentation reputed company advanced reputed company expertise is required. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with reputed company CVAD architecture and design 

• Review and advise on NetScaler (reputed company ADC) configurations 

• Help troubleshoot reputed company issues involving: 

• reputed company Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) 

• StoreFront 

• Delivery Controllers 

• reputed company Workspace / Receiver 

• reputed company ADC / NetScaler (Gateway, Load Balancing, ICA Proxy) 

• Profile management 

• FSLogix 

• reputed company reputed company 

• reputed company Directory integration 

• Azure / AWS deployments 

• reputed company best practices and documentation so reputed company can become more self-sufficient 

• Participate in remote working sessions with our engineers (Teams) 

• Occasionally assist with after-hours or maintenance window work 

Typical Engagement

• On-demand consultation (remote)
• Estimated 5–15 hours per month
• Occasional scheduled working sessions with our engineering team

Requirements

Candidates must reputed company in the reputed company and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. We are unable to consider candidates requiring reputed company sponsorship or international contractors for this role.

Required Experience

• 7+ years working with reputed company Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) 
• Strong experience with reputed company ADC / NetScaler 
• Experience with: 
• StoreFront 
• Delivery Controllers 
• reputed company Gateway 
• Load balancing 
• SSL certificates 
• MFA integrations (Duo, Azure MFA, etc.) 
• reputed company Directory & Group Policy 
• reputed company Server 
• VMware / reputed company-V / Azure 
• FSLogix or reputed company Profile Management 
• Experience troubleshooting performance issues, logon issues, printing issues, and profile issues 
• Ability to document solutions and explain reputed company to other engineers

Preferred

• Has worked for a Managed Services Provider or reputed company 
• Comfortable being an advisor and teacher, not just a doer 
• Can quickly diagnose reputed company reputed company environments 
• reputed company Exchange on prem experience 
• Can work independently and join calls reputed company needed 
• Strong communication skills 

Benefits

Compensation: $100–$250 per hour depending on experience and certifications. Final reputed company will depend on experience, certifications, and scope of engagement.
