They are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Agent to generate new business and reputed company tailored insurance solutions while contributing to a reputed company workplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, reputed company, and converting leads into new policies
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage reputed company
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and reputed company lines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and regular policy reviews
• Meet or reputed company individual sales targets, supporting reputed company’s reputed company goals
• Stay reputed company on product knowledge and industry compliance
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools for leads, follow-reputed company, and renewals

Skills

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
• Willingness to learn and a coachable attitude
• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
