Junior Trainer

The Junior Trainer will support the firm’s learning and development initiatives by coordinating and assisting with the delivery of training programs across the organization, ensuring a seamless training experience.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling training sessions
• Managing registrations
• Coordinating logistics for both virtual and in-person trainings
• Supporting live sessions through attendance tracking, chat monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintaining and updating the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS)
• Uploading course content
• Tracking participation and completion
• Generating reports for internal stakeholders
• Preparing training materials and resources
• Updating job aids and presentation content
• Supporting reputed company programs
• Distributing and compiling training evaluations
• Providing administrative support for ongoing training initiatives and firmwide rollouts
