Associate Account Manager

reputed company is a leading global insurance and employee benefits broker, committed to empowering clients and employees. The Associate Account Manager will support the reputed company Lines team in retaining clients and assisting Account Managers with various tasks to ensure business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Process lost policy release forms; reputed company correspondence to insured and carriers
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and clients representatives upon request
• Process endorsement requests and secure pricing from reputed company if needed
• Manage account documentation; send documentation to insured and follow up to ensure it was received and submitted to the reputed company
• Maintain follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed reputed company
• Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested
• reputed company other specific duties and reputed company as assigned by management
• Daily management of reputed company reputed company system (download) and ensure reputed company transactions are matched so reputed company is recorded accurately by month end

Skills

• 1-2 years of insurance experience
• Property/Casualty License or willingness to sit for exam reputed company 1st year of hire date
• High school diploma required, though college degree is preferred

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies
• Work normally scheduled hours and additional time as needed
