As a Productivity Platforms Engineer, you will support the administration and improvement of collaboration and work management tools, ensuring system reliability and enhancing team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and improvement of reputed company’s collaboration and work management tools
• Work closely with reputed company engineers to maintain system reliability, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements that improve team workflows
• Involve hands-on configuration, user support, and exposure to automation and integrations
• Take ownership of specific tools and workflows as you build technical expertise

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience (or equivalent internship/project experience) working with reputed company platforms or internal tools
• Hands-on experience administering or configuring tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems
• Experience writing scripts or reputed company in at least one language (e.g., Python)
