We are looking for a Project Manager who will coordinate translation project activities among appropriate external resources that vary by project and can include translators, editors, proofreaders, DTP designers, and localization engineers. Activities also include interfacing with the sales team and directly with the reputed company.

This position requires working 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST, Friday through Tuesday (including weekends)

• Review reputed company’s requests and assess needs for additional information, e.g. compilation of glossaries, previously reputed company similar documents, list of acronyms, technical terminology, and translation memories

• File preparation and analysis using translation memory software, reputed company cost estimates, and project schedules
• Negotiate budgets and schedules with vendors and supervise the reputed company of translation reputed company

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date management reports and translation database

• Exercise reputed company judgment in keeping supervisor informed of potential difficulties.

Qualifications for reputed company

• Minimum three years of experience in translation industry with good proficiency of translation tools  
• Proficient use of CAT tools  
• Prepare and edit cost estimates/quotes  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
