[Remote] Financial Services Marketing and Event Coordinator

They are seeking an organized marketing reputed company to manage their CRM, enhance brand reputed company, and support firm operations through various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our CRM (reputed company): contacts, segmentation, data accuracy
• Create and schedule reputed company content that builds Ravinia’s brand
• Design marketing materials in reputed company: presentations, firm overviews, reputed company templates
• Coordinate email reputed company campaigns and reputed company engagement
• Support event planning and conference logistics
• Conduct competitor research and market benchmarking
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
• Help build reputed company marketing processes for a growing firm

Skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable: you reputed company things running
• Strong reputed company with a feel for reputed company tone and brand voice
