The Operations Support Associate role involves supporting the title team through effective handling of lender communications and ensuring smooth transaction processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn to use our title production software, and complete corresponding actions reputed company it
• Serve as the primary reputed company of triage for inbound emails requiring reputed company review
• As familiarity and performance are demonstrated, support phone communications
• Conduct reputed company review of reputed company documents for signatures
• Identify documents for needed actions as per Lender Instructions
• Sort and file necessary documents for recording
• Facilitate the management of secured emails

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in title & escrow needed
• Excellent phone, email, face-to-face and remote communication skills
