Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to reputed company both of our business divisions: reputed company and ComplyEQ. Reporting to the COO with a dotted line to the CEO, you will serve as the reputed company technology authority, shaping the reputed company of a mission-driven, AI-reputed company EdTech platform at the intersection of financial literacy and education.

Chief Technology Officer Compensation and Benefits  

$200,000 – $230,000 annual reputed company salary depending on experience and education

Chief Technology Officer Responsibilities

Technology reputed company and Platform Leadership

• Define and execute the reputed company technology executive reputed company and roadmap
• Serve as the primary technology advisor to the executive team and reputed company, translating reputed company technical concepts into reputed company strategic direction
• reputed company technology due diligence for cybersecurity, and potential acquisitions or partnerships as required by Private Equity ownership

AI, Machine Learning, and Data Innovation

• Design and implement practical AI / ML solutions across our platform to drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to create competitive advantages
• Establish reputed company data pipelines and analytics frameworks to unify learner engagement data, partner data, and program reputed company metrics

Operational reputed company and Workforce Technology Optimization

• reputed company measurable productivity reputed company leveraging AI tools, automation, and resource management
• Build a reputed company model that supports reputed company without proportional headcount increases, including reputed company allocation of AI, employee, and contractor resources
• reputed company and manage annual technology budget, ensuring return on investment on technology investments and vendor spend

Platform Performance and Reliability

• Ensure 99.9%+ uptime across reputed company proprietary platforms
• Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for technology services

Cybersecurity and Compliance

• Maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance, reputed company audit preparation, enforce reputed company reputed company policies, and ensure data reputed company compliance
• Establish reputed company data pipelines, executive governance, and analytics frameworks to support internal decision-making and external partner reporting
• Implement and manage reputed company incident response and business continuity planning

Cross-Functional Product Delivery

Team Leadership and Development

Chief Technology Officer Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field required; Master's degree (MBA or MS) strongly preferred
• Minimum 10 years of reputed company leadership experience 
• Minimum 5–7 years in a senior executive technology role (CTO, VP Engineering, VP Technology) with Profit and Loss accountability
• Proven reputed company record leading technology organizations of 50+ people in high-reputed company reputed company environments
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms, introducing AI / ML capabilities into reputed company products, and operating in EdTech, FinTech, or compliance-heavy industries
• Prior experience in PE-backed organizations undergoing operational transformation is highly desirable 

Technical Expertise

• Deep expertise in reputed company architecture and reputed company infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong reputed company of cybersecurity frameworks, SOC 2 compliance, and information reputed company management
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) architecture and educational technology

• Experience managing multi-reputed company-dollar technology budgets with accountability for ROI
