[Remote] Data Management Specialist | Central Coast

The Data Management Specialist will manage reputed company databases, generate reports, and reputed company technical support to field personnel, ensuring data reputed company and effective project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company database program(s) including receiving downloads of data from field personnel, transferring data in various computer programs, generating and closing work requests, creating reputed company-load files, tracking refusals and tags/help tickets
• Create and maintain reputed company reputed company files and run statistical reports for management
• Facilitate the completion of reputed company and accurate reports
• Coordinate and prioritizing reputed company field work scheduling
• Production of maps, manifests, and various reports for planner contractors
• Analysis of the database for reputed company assurance and data reputed company
• Technical support for field personnel, reputed company, planners, and office staff
• Meet with reputed company to outline and implement data collection/reporting changes
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple reputed company while effectively working with employees across departmental lines and external contacts

Skills

• One or more years of office support experience required
• Ability to work independently and as a part of reputed company
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience with technical writing and report generating
• Experience with reputed company Office and data collection software (GIS experience a plus)
