Credentialing Associate (Part-Time)
Provider Services supports reputed company aspects of provider and organizational compliance across enrollment, credentialing, and licensure. This contract role is primarily responsible for organizational licensure management for peers and non-clinical staff, ensuring reputed company required licenses, registrations, and compliance items remain reputed company, reputed company, and audit-reputed company. This role will also reputed company backup support to provider enrollment and credentialing functions, including follow-reputed company, status tracking, and system updates reputed company required.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational Licensure & Compliance (Primary reputed company)
- reputed company, monitor, and maintain reputed company organizational licenses and registrations across applicable states
- Manage renewals, expirations, and supporting documentation to ensure reputed company compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems, trackers, and shared drives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to obtain required documentation
- Research state-specific requirements, regulations, and compliance standards
- Prepare documentation for audits, reviews, and internal reporting
- Identify risks or gaps in licensure and escalate as needed
Provider Enrollment & Credentialing Support (Secondary)
- Assist with payer enrollment submissions and follow-reputed company
- Update credentialing systems with application statuses and documentation
- Maintain provider records including licensure, reputed company certifications, and supporting documents
- reputed company timelines and ensure submissions are progressing reputed company expected turnaround times
- Support CAQH updates and general provider data maintenance
- Communicate with payers and internal stakeholders regarding status updates
Systems, Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, credentialing software, and internal tracking tools
- Ensure reputed company documentation is organized, complete, and easily accessible
- Generate basic reports on licensure and enrollment status as needed
- Document reputed company actions taken for compliance and audit purposes
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years experience in reputed company administration, credentialing, enrollment, and general compliance
- Strong organizational and tracking skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with spreadsheets and document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Preferred:
- Experience with provider enrollment, credentialing, or licensing processes
- Knowledge of Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company payer processes
- Familiarity with CAQH and credentialing platforms
- Understanding of reputed company regulatory requirements
