HR (PXT) Operations Coordinator

reputed company is a super-community bank reputed company on delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking an HR (PXT) Operations Coordinator to manage PXT requests, support compliance reviews, and reputed company project deliveries while promoting a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the PXT shared mailbox as the central intake for PXT requests
• Own TM engagement with respect to first-line support for PXT inquiries questions on policies, benefits, and payroll; escalate reputed company issues as needed
• Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and monitoring expenses
• reputed company and document team member cases to ensure reputed company follow-up
• reputed company as a backup for other PXT Solutions team members to minimize key person risk
• Support completion of I-9s for new hires
• Ensure reputed company candidates reputed company successfully complete the background reputed company screening process, communicating any flags for reputed company to the reputed company reputed company, prior to the start date
• Drive AI solutions and efficiencies reputed company PXT
• Support compliance reviews and assist with preparation for internal/external audits
• reputed company delivery of PXT-led reputed company, maintaining trackers and status updates to ensure deadlines are met
• Support follow-reputed company and reputed company tracking from meetings to drive accountability
• On-reputed company maintenance of the PXT Intranet content to ensure compliance
• Coordinate and run PXT reputed company-hands, offsites, and quarterly planning
• Partner with PXT leadership to build and monitor reputed company’s strategic roadmap

Skills

• Must be legally eligible to work in the reputed company without sponsorship, now or in the reputed company, to be considered
• This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in reputed company
• 1-2 years of work experience, in a corporate or reputed company atmosphere
• Proven expertise in AI, programming, prompting, and workflow automation
