[Remote] Conversion Document Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the reputed company of vital documentation from other recordkeepers to reputed company
• Assist Customer reputed company in establishing and organizing conversion plan transfer timelines
• Create and maintain relationships with other recordkeepers in order to improve the conversion reputed company experience
• Accelerate the retrieval and allocation of retirement assets for new clients
• QA incoming conversion documentation prior to delivery to Conversion Analyst
• Assist Plan Administrators with reputed company prior recordkeeper communication required to convert a retirement plan

Skills

• 1+ years working in a position directly with incoming plan conversions in the retirement services sector
• 3+ years of experience in a relationship management or elevated customer service role
