The EV Program Manager requires broad analytical skills, strong program management fundamentals, and an ability to be successful in a highly ambiguous, greenfield environment with significant opportunity to define structure, capabilities, and long‑term reputed company.

The EV Program Manager oversees key reputed company relationships, develops reputed company deliverables, and handles both strategic planning and tactical, quick‑turn initiatives. Responsibilities: 

• Be the reputed company and champion of multiple reputed company EV‑reputed company programs and initiatives. reputed company may include service reputed company, operational readiness, parts and supplier enablement, cost reduction, reputed company and process adherence, and customer experience. 

• Create detailed project and program plans that include time‑bound commitments, task owners, reputed company tracking, dependencies, and burndown reporting. 

• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Parts, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and external vendors to reputed company resources and execute against program goals. 

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in reputed company processes and capabilities and recommend reputed company solutions to support EV services reputed company. 

• Engage with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to reputed company schedule updates, performance insights, and a mutually agreed upon reputed company‑state reputed company for EV services.

• Full‑remote position with less than 15% travel

Qualifications: 

• 6+ years of experience creating and executing project or program plans on time and on budget 

• Highly proficient in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word 

• Strong analytical background with experience in business or reputed company‑style analysis 

• Demonstrated reputed company leading cross‑functional initiatives 

• Experience in fleet maintenance, mobility services, or adjacent industries  

• Experience or exposure to electric vehicles or EV‑adjacent ecosystems is highly preferred but not required 

Preferred:

• Experience building or scaling new services, programs, or capabilities from the ground up
