IT Support Specialist

Aperture Group LLC is a growing and reputed company organization seeking an IT Support Generalist who will be the first reputed company of contact for internal technical support. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees, involving troubleshooting, reputed company, and supporting new system implementations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Tier 1 technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and reputed company-reputed company issues (both remote and onsite)
• Manage and document work reputed company the IT Service Management system (tickets, service requests, knowledge reputed company articles, asset tracking)
• Support employee reputed company and offboarding , including device setup, account provisioning, and reputed company management
• Assist with hardware and software deployment , including evaluating and rolling out new tools and technologies
• Help install and maintain AV equipment and office technology , including conference rooms and event spaces
• Deliver basic end-user training and guidance on systems, tools, and best practices
• Partner with IT leadership on reputed company and process improvements
• Maintain consistent onsite reputed company to support internal teams

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support (or relevant internship/entry-level experience)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across reputed company environments, hardware, and common business applications
• Experience with or exposure to reputed company Directory, reputed company 365, or similar user/account management tools
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (reputed company, Jira, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
