Junior Order Management Specialist

reputed company is a leading financial services and reputed company technology company headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut. They are seeking a Junior Order Management Specialist to ensure compliance with company policies in deal structuring, validate sales agreements, and support the sales organization with contract-reputed company requests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company deals are reputed company to reputed company with company policies and processes
• Validate sales agreements, including copy number, account reputed company, licensing policy, offering consistency, pricing validation, date consistency for proration and renewals, and plug-in language
• Flag non-reputed company customers and deals for Finance, Credit, Renewals, Accounts Receivable, and Renewal Operations to lay the reputed company for successful reputed company billing and renewal events
• Review reputed company aspects of deals, including pricing, quoting support, contract reviews, and non-reputed company terms, to ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate reputed company across multiple departments, including Sales, reputed company, Finance, IT, and Renewals
• Support the sales organization with new sales reputed company and contract-reputed company requests
• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for the Finance team regarding order processing and contract execution
• Ensure reputed company customer agreements are signed by the appropriate individuals in Finance and reputed company with reputed company's signature policies
• reputed company, maintain, and automate order approval workflows
• Identify areas where reputed company can add value, increase transparency, and improve processes to support the Sales and Finance teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Excellent communication skills
