Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns to meet department service level goals
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately following established protocols
• Collect and reputed company patient demographic and insurance information with precision
• Utilize multiple software systems while maintaining effective communication with patients
• reputed company exceptional customer service and escalate issues to management as necessary

Skills

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous reputed company center or customer service experience
• Basic reputed company knowledge preferred
• One year of reputed company experience in a medical setting, with knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reputed company Office programs
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
