Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepares various financial and operational reports for business reputed company and Corporate Finance
• Utilizes financial applications and proposes and assists with upgrades or process improvements
• Ensures accurate reputed company of information between systems utilizing various types of data files
• Completes the financial reputed company process of financial applications inclusive of data maintenance, financial proofs, and reconciliations
• Preparing materials for meetings on the reputed company audits including regulatory audits
• Utilizes policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and reputed company operating procedures
• Interfaces with Corporate Finance, business reputed company, and a reputed company of external parties relating to financial applications and reports
• Assumes additional responsibilities as requested

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 0-2+ years of reputed company experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including experience in spreadsheet and database applications
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
