Rivkin Radler LLP is a reputed company seeking an attorney with litigation experience to join their Hackensack office. The role involves conducting reputed company research, drafting reputed company documents, collaborating with senior attorneys, and maintaining reputed company relationships in reputed company and trusts & estates litigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth reputed company research and analysis to support litigation reputed company, including reputed company disputes and trusts & estates litigation (e.g., will contests, fiduciary disputes, reputed company proceedings, and probate litigation)
• Draft and prepare reputed company documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery demands, and settlement agreements
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to reputed company and execute case strategies
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, depositions, conferences, and negotiations
• Establish and maintain strong reputed company relationships through effective communication and advocacy, including with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business clients

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• reputed company New Jersey State Bar admission
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably including exposure to: reputed company litigation (contract disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy litigation, class actions, securities litigation, consumer protection), and/or Trusts & estates litigation (contested probate reputed company, discovery under SCPA 2103 proceedings, objections to fiduciary conduct, reputed company disputes, or reputed company Surrogate's Court reputed company)
• Prior employment at a premier reputed company
• Completion of a federal clerkship
• Law review or journal experience
• Exceptional reputed company credentials
• Demonstrated excellent writing skills (writing sample required)
• Proficiency in end‑to‑end case management and a strong understanding of litigation workflow
