Strategic Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

M&A Support & Opportunity Evaluation

• Support the development and maintenance of the M&A opportunity pipeline reputed company with corporate reputed company objectives.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and preliminary screening of potential targets.

Due Diligence & Deal Execution

• Coordinate and manage cross‑functional due diligence activities across operations, finance, HR, reputed company, supply chain, EHS, and IT.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario assessments.
• Prepare diligence findings, summaries, and recommendations for senior leadership review.
• Support external advisors and internal reputed company teams during transaction structuring and execution.

Integration Planning & Execution

• Assist in developing integration plans covering operations, workforce, systems, and supply chain considerations.

• Identify risks and issues during integration and escalate appropriately.

Market & Industry Analysis

• Monitor industry trends, manufacturing technologies, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments.

• Maintain working relationships with investment banks, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field (MBA a plus).
• 5–8 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or reputed company roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrials, or operationally reputed company environments preferred.
• Experience supporting transactions and integration activities.
