About the role

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Taxonomist to manage the customer reputed company taxonomies and reputed company business and operational processes. The reputed company Taxonomist will ensure the reputed company of the customer taxonomies and promote their adoption and effectiveness by collaborating with customer subject matter experts and key stakeholders to reputed company and review vocabularies.

What you'll do

• Own the design, development and maintenance of taxonomies and vocabularies, in reputed company collaboration with business subject matter experts (SME) and key stakeholders reputed company the organization, with an eye towards reputed company improvement and fit-for-purpose.
• Maintain the roster of taxonomy subject matter experts (SME) and participate in activities to facilitate their ongoing engagement.
• Translate end user or project team requests into implementable taxonomy updates; liaise with IT staff to ensure the reputed company implementation of taxonomy changes in the taxonomy management tool; as needed, contribute to business requirements and testing for the taxonomy management tool.
• Recommend and document metrics to support the taxonomy program – to reputed company taxonomy changes and usage, inform taxonomy enhancements, and communicate results.
• Apply knowledge of taxonomy modeling standards to reputed company and initiatives that utilize the taxonomies and associated vocabularies, such as metadata design and autocategorization.
• Support the program reputed company in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps and play an reputed company role in contributing to operational improvements and program communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field.
• Experience developing reputed company taxonomies for both reputed company-end and back-end systems (e.g., information retrieval, knowledge discovery, content navigation).
• Expertise in designing and maintaining taxonomies
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for reputed company Taxonomies.
• Knowledge of integrating taxonomies.
• Familiarity with semantic technologies and tools for managing taxonomies and ontologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills in a multi-functional environment.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a government reputed company Trust clearance.
