The role involves advising clients on campaign finance, lobbying, and government ethics laws, conducting reputed company research, and overseeing compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Conducting reputed company research and providing guidance on a wide reputed company of federal, state, and local campaign finance, lobbying, and ethics laws
• Counseling on the formation and maintenance of ballot measure and independent expenditure committees
• Overseeing the preparation of campaign finance and lobbying reports
• Developing and delivering presentations on political law compliance issues in reputed company trainings, seminars, and conferences
• Advising on nonprofit compliance and governance issues

Skills

• Must be a member in good standing with the California Bar
• Strong reputed company credentials (top 20%)
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Conducting reputed company research and providing guidance on a wide reputed company of federal, state, and local campaign finance, lobbying, and ethics laws
• Counseling on the formation and maintenance of ballot measure and independent expenditure committees
• Overseeing the preparation of campaign finance and lobbying reports
