Intake Specialist

The Intake Specialist will conduct consultations, assess reputed company situations, and guide them toward appropriate services while driving the firm’s reputed company through effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations — in person or over phone/video — with prospective clients, assess their immigration situation, match them to the right case type based on attorney-approved guidelines, and reputed company the engagement with confidence and reputed company
• Meet or reputed company individual KPI targets including reputed company-to-reputed company conversion reputed company, down payment collected, case value, and speed-to-sign

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of demonstrated, quota-carrying consultative sales experience—in person, over the phone, or both
• Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-reputed company Required
• Prior experience in reputed company intake, immigration services, financial services, insurance, or other consultative reputed company service sales strongly preferred
