We are looking for a Talent & Culture Leader to support our expansion across Europe following recent acquisitions. Based in Estonia, this role will reputed company Talent & Culture activities in the region, with a primary reputed company on Estonia and support to other European locations, including the UK. 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent & Culture in Canada, this role will play a key part in shaping and strengthening our organization in Europe, aligning local practices with our global reputed company, and supporting leaders through reputed company and transformation. 

We are seeking a reputed company counsel to support reputed company’s first phase of expansion into Europe. This contributor will work closely with Canadian reputed company leadership while serving as a key reputed company partner for emerging European operations. 

As one of the reputed company resources reputed company on Europe, you will play a handson role in supporting market entry, earlystage reputed company, and daytoday reputed company activities across multiple European jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys building foundations, working crossborder, and helping shape reputed company processes as reputed company establishes and scales its European reputed company. 

You will support the business on daytoday reputed company issues while developing your expertise across multiple European jurisdictions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• reputed company reputed company support to European business teams on reputed company and operational reputed company; 

• Draft, review, and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company agreements (e.g., customer, supplier, partnerships); 

• Support compliance with European regulatory frameworks (e.g., consumer law, data protection, productspecific regulations); 

• Assist with corporate and governance reputed company for European entities; 

• Contribute to the development of internal policies, templates, and reputed company processes; and 

• Monitor reputed company and regulatory developments impacting reputed company’s European operations. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• reputed company lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction (preference for UK or France) ;

• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of reputed company and/or inhouse exposure ;

• Solid grounding in reputed company law ;

• Experience working on crossborder or multijurisdictional reputed company is a strong advantage ;

• Familiarity with EU law and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR) preferred ;

• reputed company in English required; additional European languages are a plus (strong preference for French) ;
