Associate Attorney

Job Title: Associate/Contract Specialist

Location: Austin, Texas or Remote in the US

The role will be responsible for providing contract drafting and negotiation services for one of the largest multinational industrial companies in the US.  We are looking for someone with least three – five years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.  Experience in the M&A buy-reputed company, M&A sell-reputed company, data protection/reputed company, service agreements, and procurement reputed company are preferred.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a reputed company of agreements from NDAs, DPA, Service Agreements, etc.
• Work reputed company contract management systems and reputed company environment
• Effectively communicate with reputed company and their stakeholders
• Work with the stakeholder to identify and reputed company specific business goals
• Attend stakeholder meetings and team meetings
• Guide stakeholders based on company reputed company guidance, policy, and process
• Independently manage workload by assessing priorities and deadlines for tasks assigned

• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Suite
• Possession of an outstanding customer service attitude
• Exception attention to detail

• JD from accredited law school is required
• Bar admission to any stateis preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of reputed company negotiation with solid drafting experience.
