Associate Solution Engineer (Remote)
What you will do:
- Assist Solution Engineers in the end-to-end implementation of Astrata solutions from initial planning to post-deployment support for new and existing customers.
- Capture customer-specific details during meetings to ensure requirements are reputed company and recorded.
- Map customer requirements to our system specifications and assist in developing the implementation plan.
- Support the script creation process for deploying customer environments, processing data, and summarizing results.
