Construction Project Manager - Capital reputed company

About the role

This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of reputed company from initiation through completion. 

This is a remote position with some travel. 

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for reputed company sponsorship now or in the reputed company

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• General knowledge of leases, reputed company and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings. Financial forecasting and reporting experience are beneficial.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company), reputed company or similar project management software. Lucernex software experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of technical project scheduling like IT to avoid work interruptions
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new reputed company of view on existing solutions.
