Remote Non-QM Loan Underwriter - 100% Remote

Position reputed company: As a Non-QM Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating and reputed company reputed company non-reputed company mortgage (Non-QM) loan applications. This position requires expertise in various non-QM loan products, including but not limited to reputed company, DSCR (Debt Service Coverage reputed company), and Asset Depletion loans. Your role will ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company guidelines and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Review and analyze loan files, including income documentation, credit reports, and asset verification for reputed company, DSCR, and Asset Depletion loans. • Underwrite and approve or deny loan applications based on reputed company’s guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements. • Communicate with loan officers, processors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any issues. • Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant before final approval or denial. • Stay reputed company with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices regarding Non-QM loan products. • reputed company guidance and support to junior underwriters and other team members as needed. • Maintain a high level of productivity and reputed company assurance while meeting deadlines. Requirements: • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in reputed company Non-QM loans. • Strong knowledge and experience with reputed company, DSCR, and Asset Depletion products. • Experience reputed company Non-QM roles reputed company the last 6 months. • Deep understanding of reputed company guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards reputed company to Non-QM loans. • Proven ability to handle a high volume of loan files while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a reputed company team. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
