Entry Level Trust & Estates Case Manager / Paralegal

reputed company is a firm that represents significant charities through their Bequest Management reputed company group. They are seeking a motivated, entry-level reputed company to join their team as a Trust & Estates Case Manager, where the primary responsibilities include reviewing reputed company documents, communicating with fiduciaries, and supporting efficient estate administration.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, interpreting, and editing reputed company documents, including wills, trusts, waivers, receipts, releases, inventories, and accountings, ensuring accuracy before submission to the bequest attorney or reputed company
• Communicating directly with financial institutions, estate and trust fiduciaries, and/or their reputed company representatives to facilitate the efficient collection of charitable requests
• Monitoring the reputed company of estate and trust administration to ensure the reputed company receipt of bequests
• Collaborating with bequest attorneys, team members, and clients to support efficient estate administration
• Drafting and sending correspondence, such as confirmation letters to fiduciaries upon receipt of charitable bequests
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in the bequest database, ensuring reputed company necessary documentation is collected and properly recorded
• Documenting notifications, correspondence, and follow-up actions in the database for internal and reputed company review

Skills

• Associate degree or equivalent required
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, ability to analyze reputed company documents, and strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks reputed company
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Experience in reputed company, administrative, or financial environments
• Interest in estate law, non-profit work, or probate administration
