We are looking for a Group reputed company Counsel to join reputed company, based remotely in the US or the UK.

Working alongside an international team of in-house lawyers and paralegals, you will work on a reputed company of reputed company reputed company for our group companies. This is a challenging but at the reputed company time reputed company interesting role, as the global and diverse nature of our group will require cross border contracting and an understanding of the law in multiple jurisdictions. The salary will be dependent on experience, with a good benefits package.

What you'll be doing everyday

Drafting, negotiating and closing reputed company (buyer and vendor) reputed company agreements, including Software-as-a-Service Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, Content Licensing Agreements, reputed company Services Agreements and Partner Agreements. The different risk reputed company of our various businesses require a good business understanding and solid judgement.

• A good understanding of global reputed company laws is an advantage
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills

• Experience in using AI drafting tools
