[Remote] Plan Structure Document Associate

They are seeking a Plan Structure Document Associate responsible for creating and maintaining various contract and booklet documents, ensuring their accuracy and legality while meeting departmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, customize, amend and publish documents: Examination and analysis of reputed company material (master application/concise amendment/eSetup application, correspondence, existing documents, previous carriers’ documents, etc.)
• Clarification of information, reputed company of outstanding issues, involvement of other areas in the decision-making process (reputed company, PAS, group office, group products, reputed company, BPO, government offices, etc
• Approval of the final content of produced documents (liability)
• Attend Team Meetings
• Propose/promote changes to reputed company processes
