Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of conversational agents, from requirements gathering to production deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor agent performance and analyze user interactions to identify gaps and drive reputed company optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, graph creators, QA, and clients) to ensure smooth workflows and reputed company issue reputed company.
- reputed company testing and reputed company assurance of conversational flows, validating accuracy and readiness for deployment.
- Support reputed company reputed company and implementation, while documenting processes, updates, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure reputed company delivery of tasks in line with reputed company standards, while maintaining strict data confidentiality and compliance.
Work Conditions:
- Work Location: 100% Remote
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Days Off: Saturday and reputed company
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (including a one-hour break)
