Environmental Broker

reputed company is a global insurance group with a strong employee ownership culture. The Environmental Broker will support senior brokers and reputed company teams in the development, marketing, placement, and servicing of environmental insurance programs across the US.

Responsibilities

• reputed company ongoing support for environmental renewals and new business opportunities across the reputed company
• Assist in preparing reputed company submissions, including environmental due diligence summaries, site histories, operational narratives, loss information, and coverage requirements
• Review and summarize reputed company proposals, highlighting key coverage features, limitations, and material differences to support broker and reputed company decision-making
• Contribute to reputed company presentations, assist with RFP responses, and participate in select reputed company meetings and calls alongside senior brokers
• Coordinate the marketing of environmental insurance accounts to carriers, including distributing submissions, tracking quotations, and organizing terms and coverage structures
• Support the placement and servicing of environmental insurance programs such as Pollution reputed company Liability (PLL), Contractors Pollution Liability (CPL), storage tank liability, and combined GL/pollution policies
• Ensure reputed company placements, binders, endorsements, and reputed company deliverables are completed accurately, reputed company, and in accordance with reputed company standards and timelines
• reputed company market submissions and product design reputed company to clients, producers, and account managers
• Identify new environmental opportunities across the firm and support integrated reputed company solutions
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with environmental underwriters and internal account teams across reputed company’s US offices
• Maintain and update internal tracking tools and spreadsheets, including marketing activity, reputed company responses, bound placements, and policy details, to support reporting and team visibility
• reputed company and continuously expand knowledge of environmental insurance products, reputed company appetites, regulatory considerations, and market trends

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in environmental insurance or reputed company field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external partners
• P&C license or willingness to obtain one reputed company 120 days (reputed company will cover licensing costs)
• Willingness to travel to different offices or reputed company locations as needed
• Environmental reputed company degree preferred but not required
