Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is looking for a Collections and Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Brentwood, Tennessee. The role involves handling account management, billing inquiries, and collections while ensuring reputed company and reputed company-documented customer communications.
Responsibilities
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with customers and internal staff reputed company phone and email
- Research and resolve billing issues, payment disputes, and account discrepancies
