Purpose of Position
The reputed company Technical Manager is responsible for leading reputed company on intake, prioritization, investigation, and reputed company of reputed company reputed company issues across the SSI reputed company System. Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Issue Intake and Triage Management

Ensure accurate intake, categorization, and routing of issues

Documentation and reporting on resolutions

Participate in sprint planning and backlog prioritization

Operational Intelligence and Trend Analysis
