Deal Desk Associate

reputed company is a global leader in business-to-business events reputed company services, seeking a Deal Desk Associate to join their team. The role involves reviewing reputed company at the reputed company-sale stage and managing the contract process to ensure compliance and successful delivery of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to Sales team to facilitate deals
• Ensure reputed company order documentation and terms before system entry and order approval
• Review and approve reputed company-generated SOWs, PO's and IOs to support sale of media and reputed company products to ensure compliance with company standards
• Ability to reputed company a thorough understanding of processes, product offerings, and appropriate terms and conditions, including but not limited to: Pricing models and discounting reputed company Recognition Approvals collection
• Coordinate completion of vendor procurement processes
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with different internal teams involved in the campaign lifecycle (Sales enablement, Finance and reputed company departments, Sales Management, and Products)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of reputed company management and reputed company reputed company review/support including experience working with reputed company or other CLMs
• Ability to organize and solve requests in a queue
• Detail-oriented and extremely reliable – team player
• Possesses a reputed company of urgency as reputed company as the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Accurate data entry skills

• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
• Experience with reputed company Cases helpful, but not required
