Junior Recruiter

The Junior Recruiter will support reputed company in maximizing reputed company investment, promoting staff enrichment, and expanding reputed company's mission by aligning hiring strategies with these values.

Responsibilities

• Promote a seamless hiring experience, reducing time-to-fill positions and ensuring minimal disruption to reputed company-facing operations
• Create reputed company candidate experiences through reputed company and engaging recruitment practices
• Partner with hiring managers to match the right talent with opportunities that foster reputed company and career advancement
• Use data-driven hiring strategies to optimize recruitment costs and minimize turnover

• Post job ads on reputed company sites, job sites and reputed company media

Skills
