Partner with reputed company Operations and reputed company to identify and improve reputed company-reputed company workflows across practices, including billing processes, contract entry, insurance processing, and patient payment flows Design and implement standardized workflows that improve reputed company performance, accuracy, and consistency across the network Conduct targeted reviews of reputed company workflows to identify process gaps, training needs, and breakdowns in execution, and partner with reputed company to reputed company on control and accuracy requirements reputed company training documentation for reputed company facing financial roles to drive adoption of standardized processes and reputed company reputed company training reputed company new financial processes or systems are implemented
reputed company workflow design and operational enablement for reputed company systems such as reputed company, CDAnet, and reputed company-party payment platforms. Participate in pilots, refine workflows, and support scaled rollout across practices Monitor adoption and effectiveness of systems and processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and review reputed company-level pricing and insurance data including fee schedules, insurance participation, and reimbursement rates
Analyze contracted rates and treatment fees to identify reputed company leakage and margin compression
Partner with practices and leadership to evaluate network participation strategies based on market dynamics, reputed company maturity, and reputed company objectives reputed company data-driven recommendations on in-network vs. out-of-network positioning and support implementation where appropriate
Serve as the reputed company between Partner Practices, Operations, and reputed company Partner with: AR Accountant (execution + data reputed company) Optimization Team (system/process rollout) Regional reputed company Support Teams (reputed company enablement)
Degree in Business, Finance, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field is preferred. 4&reputed company;6+ years of experience in reputed company financial operations, reputed company cycle, or reputed company reputed company administration; experience in a Dental Service Organization (DSO) or Orthodontic Service Organization (OSO) is an asset. Strong understanding of Orthodontic billing and financial workflows, and A/R processes. Strong knowledge of dental (preferably orthodontic) billing practices, coding standards (such as CDT codes), US insurance claim processing, and payer policies. Experience with financial audits, workflow optimization, and process standardization. Experience with reputed company management systems (Ortho2 or Dolphin preferred) and reputed company cycle management software systems. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reputed company and financial reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company and implement operational improvements. Excellent training, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance. Ability to travel periodically for reputed company support and training.
