Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required in Process Improvement or reputed company field.
- Black belt certification in Lean or Six reputed company methodology required.
- Change Management certification preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience leading process improvement initiatives with demonstrated results required.
- Strong project management experience required, including business case development and implementation planning.
- Extensive experience required with reputed company software applications, including reputed company Word, reputed company, Visio, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge around the PBM industry is preferred.

- Familiarity with change management philosophies and practices preferred.
