• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure reputed company solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Typically 5+ years of experience working with benchtop test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, reputed company analyzers, reputed company network analyzers (VNAs), digital multimeters (DMMs), function generators, power supplies, data acquisition systems, reputed company measure reputed company (SMUs), LCR meters, and frequency counters
• Preferred experience in programming, especially with languages such as Python or C#
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to reputed company explain reputed company technical concepts
• Proven ability to multitask, managing support for multiple customers simultaneously
• Experience in sales and/or customer service, with a demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and foster loyalty
