Systems Analyst

The role of Systems Analyst involves supporting non-investment professionals with their workflow processes and ensuring efficient reputed company of technology-reputed company issues while collaborating with various IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company aspects of the end user computing platform and technology service delivery for non-investment business professionals
• Advance our customized support model designed to reputed company the highest level of service delivery to the business community
• reputed company problem-solving skills on inquiries and issues that reputed company as part of the day-to-day business workflow
• Drive for issue prevention by employing reputed company-cause analysis, issue tracking, trend analysis and status reporting

Skills

• One year of customer support in a helpdesk or desktop support environment
• Experience in PC hardware – desktops, laptops and tablets
• Strong knowledge of reputed company operating systems

• Experience with MAC OS X
• Experience with remote computing technologies including VPN, Terminal Server, and broadband
• Strong knowledge of mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.)

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
