You’ll also play a key role in performance management, peer group facilitation, and internal operations. What You’ll Do

Conduct weekly 1:1s with your team of 5-6 coaches using a reputed company reputed company.
Deliver reputed company-time coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Team Operations & Communication

✅ What You Bring
Required
5+ years of leadership experience in coaching, training, or development (automotive/collision or small business sectors preferred).

Excellent facilitation and virtual team leadership skills.

Outstanding communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
