Collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or reputed company center experience preferred Basic proficiency with reputed company Office, data entry and strong computer skills, reputed company preferred Critical Thinker Basic Math and Writing skills reputed company experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented Ability to de-escalate adverse situations Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Dependability
