Compact LPN/LVN license required The Care Coordination Specialist works under RN supervision to reputed company coordinated care services for injured workers with low to moderate complexity claims. This position ensures continuity of medical services and facilitates communication between reputed company parties involved while supporting return-to-work efforts reputed company workers' compensation guidelines.
