About the Job:

The Hospital Inpatient reputed company is responsible for accurately assigning ICD-10 and DRG codes to hospital inpatient services in accordance with reputed company coding guidelines, payer requirements, and regulatory requirements. This role supports the reputed company of clinical documentation and ensures reputed company, compliant coding to facilitate reputed company reimbursement and minimize denials. The Hospital Inpatient reputed company collaborates with providers and coding leadership to resolve coding discrepancies, contribute to reputed company improvement efforts, and reputed company organizational goals reputed company to reputed company cycle performance and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately assign ICD-10 and DRG codes to hospital inpatient services in accordance with reputed company coding guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory requirements
• Interprets office, reputed company and procedure notes and assigns codes and modifiers for compliance and reputed company reimbursement
• Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable coding standards, organizational protocols, and documentation regulations
• Maintain a minimum of 95% coding accuracy reputed company through consistent reputed company assurance and participation in reputed company audits
• Acts as a coding expert to ancillary departments, administration, and physicians by answering questions and providing support as issues reputed company
• Meets or exceeds weekly coding productivity standards of 100%

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 Years of coding experience, preferably in a multi-specialty group reputed company.

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently and reliably
